From 1994 to 1999, he was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley in London, in the M&A and Restructuring Division. He completed more than $80 billion of strategic transactions, in complex mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and equity financing deals (IPOs) of the highest profile.
